1. Introduction & Agreement

These terms and conditions govern your use of The New Manifesto website and the sale of any print-on-demand artwork products ("Products") offered through our platform. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full, alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. Products & Descriptions

All products, including framed prints, canvas wraps, acrylic panels, and fine art prints, are custom made to order. We aim to describe them as accurately as possible, but minor variations in colour, finish, or size may occur due to screen settings and the nature of handcrafted production.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are shown in GBP, EUR, or USD and include applicable VAT where relevant. Orders placed from outside the UK or EU may be subject to local import taxes or duties. Payments are processed securely at checkout. If payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.

4. Fulfilment & Delivery

Each order is manufactured by our print partner upon confirmation. Production times vary but generally range from 2–7 business days. Delivery time depends on your location. Orders are shipped directly from regional fulfilment centres in the UK, EU, US, CA, or AU.

5. Shipping & Responsibility

Responsibility for the Products passes to you upon successful delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we are not liable for loss or redelivery charges caused by incorrect address details. Items returned due to delivery failure may incur additional costs.

6. Cancellations

As all items are custom made to your order, cancellations are only possible if requested before production has begun. Once production has started, the order is locked in and cannot be cancelled or changed.

7. Returns & Defects

We do not accept returns for unwanted items or change-of-mind due to the bespoke nature of our products. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. Photos or evidence may be required.

8. Quality Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our prints. If an item is confirmed as defective due to production error, we will replace or refund it. Our products are intended to last and use professional print methods and archival materials.

9. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the affected item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays outside our control, or issues arising from misuse or mishandling of the product after delivery.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, artwork descriptions, and branding on The New Manifesto website are protected by copyright and may not be copied or reused without permission. Purchase of a print does not confer any rights to the underlying image beyond personal use.

11. Website Use

Users must not misuse the website or engage in any unlawful behaviour. You agree not to hack, disrupt, or attempt to breach the site. Content you submit (e.g., comments or reviews) must be lawful, respectful, and not infringe on others' rights.

12. Privacy & Data

We collect and use data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your information is shared only as needed with our print partners to fulfil your order and provide service. We comply with applicable data protection regulations in the UK and EU.

13. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes have been posted indicates acceptance of the revised terms. You are advised to review this page periodically.

14. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
